This summer, offer your child an environment designed for transformation. At Project Prevention, we believe that when seeds are watered with guidance, love, and structure, they don’t grow into the struggles we try to fix later—they grow into leaders.
The summer retreat provides a sanctuary where youth can trade the pressures of the street for the peace of nature. It is a weekend dedicated to building confidence, voice, and emotional well-being through connection and creativity.
Our curriculum supports the "whole child"—mind, body, and voice—through a curated blend of high-energy activity and quiet reflection:
A Safe Weekend Getaway: A total transition from stress to security.
Outdoor Exploration: Fishing, camping, and hiking to build self-reliance.
Athletic Teamwork: Flag football and basketball to foster discipline and confidence.
Art Therapy: Creative expression to help youth process what words often can’t.
Life Coaching & SEL: Professional social-emotional learning and guided mental health support.
Mentorship: Positive adult role models who provide structure and healthy decision-making.
We integrate specialized pillars to ensure every participant leaves stronger than they arrived.
"It’s a summer of growth, balance, and becoming—inside and out."
Project Prevention isn't just a camp; it is a strategic intervention. We replace fear with fishing and chaos with campfires. We provide the tools for youth to become whole human beings, dedicated students, and impactful teammates.
